Located minutes away from Downtown on the banks of the Miami River, and featuring 500 ft of docking facilities, Seaspice is easily accessible both by boat and car. Guests are greeted by sophisticated nautical décor, contemporary nature inspired architecture and stunning views of the Miami’s skyline.

The grand dining room and outdoor lounge are the ideal setting for charity fundraising galas, cocktail parties, and a multitude of creative events. Modern Garden, with its magnificent permanent art installation and orchid reservoir, is perfect for more intimate gatherings.




In our largest indoor dining area, Seaspice guests are greeted by sophisticated nautical touches, contemporary architecture, subdued lighting and panoramic of Miami’s downtown skyline.  The facility is nestled within a post-industrial warehouse and features a state-of-the-art performing stage. The acoustics of the room have been designed to allow for optimal sound quality for electric and acoustic based performances. The room offers astonishing views of Downtown Miami.


Modern Garden is an artistically intimate venue nestled within the Seaspice compound on the Miami River. The space was conceptually designed as a permanent art installation performing as a dining experience and Lounge. The setting features white airy knishes with a décor made up of unpretentious materials expressed in sophisticated creative solutions. Water, earth terrain, and fauna, are all outdoor textures captured in a curative manner. The dining area is dominated by two large, wooden origami-like trees with branches canopying across the ceiling giving the space light from its teardrop lights dangling from its branches. This extraordinary permanent art installation is both, visually engaging as well as space defining. Modern Garden works as an extension of the main restaurant with its own charm and eatery.


The Upstairs Terrace is our most private area. It is located in the second floor, right above Modern Garden. It has its own bar area and offers astonishing views of Downtown Miami .

The venue is equipped with  top of the line audio visual equipment and its sound engineered state-of-the-art stage has everything needed for an spectacular presentation or concert. The acoustics of the room have been designed to allow for optimal sound quality and the flexible performing area is ready to accommodate everything from a vibrant keynote speech to a large musical ensemble.

A globally inspired menu, featuring dishes ranging from wood-fired casseroles to dover sole and a raw bar, provides an avant-garde twist on Mediterranean, seafood, and international cuisine. Seaspice offerings exhibits the freshest products from around the world prepared in a uniquely visually-stimulating style.
